OC3 4th Floor Delta In-Flight Support Summer Readiness Project

Green Heart Enterprises was selected by Delta Corporate Real Estate as the preferred General Contractor to handle one of the buildings being modified to increase the capability to process by 100% which equates to 6,000-7,000 additional flight attendants.  This was part of an 18-million-dollar capital project in what is called the 2023 Summer Readiness for Inflight Services (IFS).  The Royal Services Ballroom training room and the Unifor Room were relocated from the Delta Training Center (TC) building to the Delta Operational Center #3 (OC3) building, This relocation allowed for a 50% expansion of space to accommodate the increased numbers.  

Relocation and expansion of the large, highly utilized multiple purpose event space and the Flight Attendant Uniform space (Style Center) increased the welcome space, fitting room space, and inventory room sizes by 100%.  This project deadline was shortened by 40% from 19 weeks to 13 weeks that included the holidays.
